Ketamine Therapy
Discover a unique approach to mental health with Ketamine Assisted Therapy (KAP). Our trained therapist use low dose ketamine to help clients process and navigate various mental health issues. KAP creates a safe space by lowering mental defenses, allowing for the exploration of traumatic events and negative thoughts. Experience two key treatment sessions: the journey session and the Integration session.
Ketamine is a medication that helps the brain stay flexible and open to change. When we remember an emotional experience, our brain creates a neural pathway. But when trauma happens, those pathways can get jammed up or blocked. Ketamine-assisted therapy (KAP) helps to rewire those brain connections and create new ones.
KAP consists of 2 parts: The journey session and Integration session. Ketamine series is made of 6 journey sessions and 6 integration sessions.

Journey Session is where the medication is administered and the client experiences a psychedelic journey under the medication. Therapist is there to provide support during the session and monitor the client. Journey sessions are 2 hours long.

Integration Session is conducted after the journey session where client and therapist process the journey and it's after effects. Integration sessions are 1 hour long.

KAP Process:
Counselor will make a referral to prescribing partner Illumma Clinic. Staff will contact the client and complete medical screening. Once medical clearance is granted, Illumma will give prescription for ketamine lozenges to the client. Client will bring lozenges to the journey session for use. Integration session is scheduled up to 1 week after the journey session.

KAP Costs:
